Bristow & Era

Yesterday Bristow and Era announced they had agreed to merge and expected to finalise the transaction in the second half of 2020. This will give the combined entity (to be named ‘Bristow’) a fleet of over 300 modern aircraft including S-92, AW189 and AW139s - the press release from Bristow noting that it will be the largest operator of each aforementioned type.
